At WATUSI, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Return postage must be dated within that 10-day period.

All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Soaps, candles and body care cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes full-priced items that are temporarily discounted for a promotion.

Refunds will not be issued until item(s) have been received and inspected.
